I wanted to get fit and lose weight. I was a bit hesitant in the beginning because my fitness levels were low and I hadn’t trained in a very long time. I’ve lost loads of weight over 8 kilos and I feel much more fit and able. I enjoy the boxing aspect of training. Each class is different, fun and enjoyable. What I like most about the course is that it makes losing weight easy and fun. I feel great because of the weight that I have shed, my diet is better and my energy levels have improved.
