I wanted to get my weight under control. The course was ideal to do that. Before I signed up for the course I was afraid it would be too intense. I was hesitant the timetable would not suit. I was also worried I would not be able to stick to the training and the diet. When I started the course the workouts were hard but manageable and seemed to get easier with each session.  The timetable was flexible as I was allowed to join the evening course when I missed the morning sessions. I needed to make a commitment to a course so I signed up for the 6 week Body transformation course. I was a bit hesitant because I kept thinking I would be the most unfit. My fitness and energy levels have greatly increased. Saif is very approachable, always has a smile on his face and very knowledgeable when it comes to exercise and diet.

I’m a busy mom of 3 so the times of the sessions are great and the price is very reasonable. Each class is varied, Saif changes it up and makes it interesting. I now look forward to leaving the house, not stuck in a rut at home. Saif doesn’t judge, if you cant do a certain exercise he will give you an alternative, biggest calorie burning class I have done in a long time.


The reason why I joined the body transformation course was because I needed some extra help to get in shape and the evening hours suited me. Saif understood what I needed and what my goals were as well as understanding everything else I do. He advised me on the importance of nutrition through out the day to help me fuel my body and gave me a enjoyable meal plan which has helped me so much. He is good fun, makes you feel relaxed and encourages you to push through even when you feel like giving up.

Saif conducts himself in such a professional manner and has so much knowledge in this field that no question has gone unanswered. Every class is a new experience with lots of different exercises and drills. You don’t get bored as you don’t have time to think and that’s what keeps you motivated. A huge thank you to Saif for everything he has done and i can’t wait to book the next course.
