What are Beginners Boxing classes?

Beginners Boxing Classes are technical boxing classes where you can learn boxing footwork as well as basic offensive and defensive techniques while increasing your fitness levels and burning up to 1000 calories per workout. Your coach will guide you through a challenging workout with various fitness drills and boxing combinations. The class begins with a warm-up followed by 2-minute rounds of boxing drills before moving onto core exercises and finishing with static stretching to aid recovery, improve flexibility and relax the body.
