BOXERCISE

This class combines basic boxing fundamentals, polymetric’s and high intensity interval

training to boost your heart rate and burn hundreds of calories. After the initial warm up

followed by intense post warm up get ready to sweat! A fun and challenging

cardiovascular workout.

CIRCUIT TRAINING

A high intensity circuit class that will push you to your limits and strengthen your stamina,

endurance, flexibility and balance. A combination of cardio vascular training and

resistance training at a high intensity pace. Excellent for toning and conditioning the body

and mind.

BOXING

This class features the technical aspects of boxing with core strengthening exercises.

Learn boxing skills such as correct form in throwing jabs, hooks, uppercuts as well as

defensive techniques and correct footwork while working at an intense pace. Class is

taught in 3 minute rounds with a warm up, cool down and core work. Ths instructor will

lead you through a professional boxer workout with extreme fitness drills.

STRONGMAN TRAINING

This class is an anaerobic, functional strength building fat blasting 45 minute workout.

Strongman training is a tough, fun and functional class that when performed regularly will

give you increased functional strength. This form of training is known to produce the

highest level of growth hormone in turn burning a massive amount of fat.
