Boxercise Classes in Cork

Our Boxercise are a cardiovascular workout with classes lasting one hour. It is based on the training used for boxing, it may includes cardio exercises, skipping, boxing drills including footwork and abdominal workouts – main focusing is on fitness and toning. Using basic boxing fundamentals, polymetric’s and high intensity interval, training to boost your heart rate and burn hundreds of calories. After the initial warm up followed by intense post warm up get ready to sweat! A fun and challenging cardiovascular workout.
