Circuit Training in Cork
This is a high intensity circuit class that will push you to your limits and strengthen your stamina, endurance, flexibility along with your balance. A combination of cardio vascular training and resistance training at a high intensity pace.
Circuit training is form of body conditioning and resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building or muscular endurance. An exercise “circuit” is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the gym.

This class features the technical aspects of boxing with core strengthening exercises.
Learn boxing skills such as correct form in throwing jabs, hooks, uppercuts as well as
defensive techniques and correct footwork while working at an intense pace. Class is
taught in 3 minute rounds with a warm up, cool down and core work. The instructor will
lead you through a professional boxer workout with extreme fitness drills. A great form of Self Defense.

Our Boxercise are a cardiovascular workout with classes lasting one hour. It is based on the training used for boxing, it may includes cardio exercises, skipping, boxing drills including footwork and abdominal workouts – main focusing is on fitness and toning. Using basic boxing fundamentals, polymetric’s and high intensity interval, training to boost your heart rate and burn hundreds of calories. After the initial warm up followed by intense post warm up get ready to sweat! A fun and challenging cardiovascular workout.
